This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies (like browser local storage) ProjectHelm uses, and why. It's meant to be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files a site can place on your device to remember information between visits or requests - such as keeping you signed in. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay until they expire or you remove them.
Essential cookies
These keep the Platform working and secure. You can't opt out of these without breaking sign-in.

Analytics and measurement cookies
We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors discover and navigate our website, which pages are most useful, and how to improve site performance. These cookies are only active if you accept optional cookies via our cookie banner, and you can choose “Only essential” to deny analytics storage.

Local storage
A couple of small values are stored in your browser's own local/session storage rather than as cookies - they never leave your device and we never read them server-side:
- Which device preview (desktop/tablet/mobile) and screen mode you last selected in the workspace.
- A one-time flag used right after applying a chat change, so the page can show you whether it went live - cleared immediately after it's shown.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies through their own settings. Blocking the essential cookies above will sign you out and may stop you from being able to sign in at all. See allaboutcookies.org for browser-by-browser instructions.
